Domestic (United States):

  • Orders over $150: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $150: $9.95 flat rate
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout

International:

  • Canada: Starting at $15.95
  • UK/Europe: Starting at $25.95
  • Australia/New Zealand: Starting at $29.95

Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your extensions. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your extensions must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date

Please note: Extensions that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

How to Start a Return

  3. 3Pack your extensions securely in the original packaging
  4. 4Ship your return within 7 days of receiving authorization

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your extensions arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
