Shipping Information
1Processing Time
Standard processing is 2–3 weeks. Special-order 14-inch and 26-inch lengths may take 3–4 weeks. You'll receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
2Shipping Rates
Domestic (United States):
- $50 flat-rate shipping is added to every order
- Shipping is currently available within the United States
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout

Final Sale Policy
Mane Haevn hair-extension orders are final sale. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Exchanges and In-Store Credit
Contact Mane Haevn before sending anything back. If an exchange or in-store credit is approved, the replacement must be of equal or greater value and any difference is due before it ships.
Please note: Hair that has been worn, washed, cut, colored, installed, or otherwise altered cannot be exchanged.

60-Day Hair Warranty
Warrantied wefts, tape-ins, I-tips, and K-tips include 60 days of coverage. Color rings and clip-ins are not warrantied. Contact Mane Haevn promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Check Before Opening
Confirm the length, shade, and product type before opening or altering the hair. If anything appears incorrect or damaged, photograph it and contact Mane Haevn before installation.
